ADAP (adhesion and degranulation-promoting adaptor protein) and SKAP55 (Src kinase-
associated phosphoprotein of 55 kDa) are T cell adaptors that mediate inside-out signaling
from the T cell antigen receptor to integrins, giving rise to increased integrin affinity/avidity
