BACKGROUND: About 70% of children with milk allergy tolerate extensively heated milk
(HM) products and outgrow their allergy earlier than those who react to HM. OBJECTIVE: To
test the hypothesis that HM-tolerant children have a higher precursor frequency of adaptive
