To further define the underlying mechanisms of immune suppression induced by UV-B
irradiation, we have examined the kinetics of homing patterns of in vitro UV-B-irradiated and
γ-irradiated-thoracic duct lymphocytes (TDL) compared to dendritic cells (DC). Our findings
